Philippinesflowermarket charges a flat fee no matter where the flowers are delivered. Some other websites have different charges based on the delivery area but we have found that customers find this troublesome. Thus we created a flat fee which is PHP0 (USD 0).

	NOTE: You may also send a message to our deliveries for your tracking. However, please note that it may take time to receive the status of the order since the delivery people are continuously busy making deliveries during the working day. If there are very urgent issues we would recommend you sending an email to us directly or contacting us on our online live chat during office hours. You may enter your order number here with your notes as long as you are logged into your account. If you do not have an account, please do sign up for an account. Delivery notes usually are received late in the evening where deliveries are then confirmed. During holidays, particularly peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, the deliveries notes and confirmations will come the following day.

We are able to deliver the same day to most all areas as long as you order before 12 noon. For Express Delivery orders, we will send the order anytime from 11am to 9pm unless there is any advanced agreement in writing about the delivery time. For most situations we can make same day deliveries for orders that come in after 12 noon but not guaranteed. You can complete your order with payment and if we are unable to meet your time requirements we will contact you and will provide a full refund if you decide not to send at a later time and as long as the order has not been sent out yet. You may also check with us first before making your order, however, we recommend that you place the order with payment so that the order is immediately sent to our deliveries. If you wish, we can contact the recipient notifying them to expect to receive a package. Or if you are sending an order that is late, we can also contact the recipient to make the appropriate arrangements.
