Philippineroses.com charges a flat fee no matter where the flowers are delivered. Some other websites have different charges based on the delivery area but we have found that customers find this troublesome. Thus we created a flat fee which is PHP$348 (USD 7.95).

Delivery times: We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Not all areas morning delivery is available. We can substitute morning delivery for other items if unavailable. Provincial orders outside of Metro Manila will be sent via courier which needs one full day to arrive as long as the order is made before 12pm the prior day or unless Express Delivery is ordered. But not all areas can be sent Expressed.

We are able to deliver the same day to most all areas as long as you order before 12 noon. For most situations we can make same day deliveries for orders that come in after 12 noon but not guaranteed. You can complete your order with payment and if we are unable to meet your time requirements we will contact you and will provide a full refund if you decide not to send at a later time and as long as the order has not been sent out yet. You may also check with us first before making your order, however, we recommend that you place the order with payment so that the order is immediately sent to our deliveries. If you wish, we can contact the recipient notifying them to expect to receive a package. Or if you are sending an order that is late, we can also contact the recipient to make the appropriate arrangements.

If you would like to make sure we deliver to a certain area, please send us an email with the full delivery address, items you wish to order, and date of delivery.

We currently deliver only in the Philippines for nationwide deliveries and we deliver through FedEx/DHL and LBC & our own delivery team..

We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Give us details shipping address of the recipient along phone number to avoid delay.

Metro Manila:

Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 12:00 Noon (Philippine time). Order received after 12:00 Noon, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified. Same day or next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department.

Provinces:
Order received before 12:00 noon (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless delivery date is specified.. Otherwise, it will deliver after 1 day.

Take note, listed products in our website from different merchants. If you ordered different merchants items, delivery maybe in different time but within your specified date. Our courier and delivery team has FULL rights to deliver anyone aside from recipient at the specified delivery address. It is often that recipient may not available at said address but any person at the said address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.
Delivery time guarantee will be suspended during extreme weather such as typhoon, heavy rain etc. Incomplete shipping address might cause delay delivery!
